Does the exhaust come with a can hanging strap?
• Yes the exhaust comes with a hanging strap and fittings
Does the exhaust come with link pipe?
• Yes if your bike exhaust is not a bolt-on and requires a link pipe
What is the exhaust length?
• The sleeve length of our standard exhaust is 380mm, on the Werx GP its 250mm
Is the exhaust road legal?
• Yes our 'SL' street legal range is BS stamped for road legal use in the UK and will pass an M.O.T in road legal form with the baffle (db killer) in place
Can I have a stubby or longer exhaust?
• Yes we can make any length sleeve from 150mm to 450mm at no extra cost as a special order (upto 2 week delivery)
How loud?
• This depends a lot on the model of bike, our 'SL' range with the db killer fitted still gives a sporty note while staying under the legal limit.
This noise level is increased to race/trackday level when the db killer is removed, and the Werx GP is just full blown race with no noise restrictions!!!
(please note trackday and even race meetings are getting stricter and stricter, so it's always advisable to have a db killer just in case)
Can I fit a db killer (baffle) to a Race or Werx GP Exhaust?
• Yes just state when ordering your exhaust model
How long is delivery?
• We ask you to allow upto 7 days but we aim and normally get your exhaust to you in 3 working days
Can I collect?
• Yes collection welcome but best to call first as 90% of our cans are made to order as we list over 1200 it would be unrealistic to have them all sat on the shelf
Can I fit my own exhaust?
• This all depends on you and your tools, normally with a basic tool kit and a basic mechanical knowledge you will have your exhaust fitted in around 20mins.
If you are in anyway unsure get a qualified mechanic to fit it.
Can I purchase items online?
Yes you purchase Pipe Werx Bikes products on-line at our Ebay shop.
